Virtual CFO for growing Sydney businesses.
A CPA-qualified virtual CFO (also called a fractional CFO) on a fixed monthly fee, working remotely with your team and inside your Xero file. Monthly management meeting, rolling cash forecast, budget, and a board pack that refreshes itself every hour. We can also take on the bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations, so the ledger behind the numbers is clean before anyone reads them. From $5,000 a month plus GST, with no lock-in beyond the month.

Frequently Asked Questions

The board pack connects to Xero. If you run MYOB, QuickBooks or a legacy ERP, we scope a move to Xero as a separate project first. We have led that migration before, including a custom inventory module for a multi-entity importer.
-
Usually two to three weeks from the discovery call to your first pack: connect Xero, map the chart of accounts, load the budget and reconcile the opening balances. If the ledger needs cleaning up first, we tell you before we start, not after.
-
No, but you can. The pack sits on top of your existing bookkeeping, and your year-end accountant signs off the same numbers the board saw during the year. If you would rather have one team, we can take on the bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations as well.
-
No. Each plan is a fixed monthly fee agreed up front and invoiced monthly, with no hourly billing. You can stop at the end of any month, and the board pack and its data stay yours.
-
A one-page summary, the P&L and balance sheet by month against budget and last year, cash and working capital, sales by customer, and a short written commentary on what changed and what decision is needed. The live demo shows the exact layout.

Benedict runs every engagement personally. The mapping, the reconciliation, the analysis and the monthly review are done by the CFO you meet on the discovery call, not handed to a junior. Bookkeeping stays with your bookkeeper unless you ask us to take it on.
